Your game plan...
Room Rentals: The rooms listed below include electricity used in the room. None are heated or air conditioned. No furnishings provided. Must also rent the stall in front of the door. No bathroom passes included.
South Game Room available for $2,310 donation. Must rent 2 stalls near entrance.
Red Room available for $1,200 donation. Must rent 2 stalls near entrance.
Office available for $1050 donation. Must rent 6 parking stalls near offices.
Bathroom Passes: $150 donation. Can only be purchased by LYSA tailgate parkers. The pass can be shared with your guests. Passes that are lost and recovered will be required to pay LYSA a $20 recovery donation. Please note that the bathrooms close one hour after the game.
Annual Parking: Annual parking is for one football season and includes: a paved reserved stall and one free bathroom pass (a $150 value). Please note that the bathrooms close one hour after the game.
Electricity will be for sale at every game for the parkers only. Electrical hookups are available for $10 per appliance plugged in before plugging in or available for $20 per appliance AFTER plugging in. Must be paid for game day on a first pay first serve basis, no prepay available.
Reserving a stall...
Annual Registration Made Easy
Annual Stall donation for the 2011 season is $1500 (the first $100 sent in will cover membership dues for one individual. The $100 is not tax deductible. See you tax advisor for deductibility of the balance.)
Deduct $100 if paperwork is included with your check.
Deduct $200 if payment is postmarked on or before January 31, 2010.
Also Deduct $325 for each stall you wish to renew from last year. You must have been a parker on record last year. One discount for each stall owned in 2010.
Examples: a) if you rented 3 stalls last year and want to rent 4 stalls this year, you can only apply the discount to 3 of the 4 you are paying for. b) If you rented 2 stalls last year and only want to rent 1 stall this year, you can apply the discount from one of the stalls from last year..
