Lodge Fees

Notice: All attendees and guests must be a member of LYSA for the calendar year they are attending and in good standing with LYSA.

 

Hunting Season

	Member Hunts:		If you want to set up a hunt with friends contact mike.letheby@rbc.com for more information. A LYS Life Mentor must accompany any hunt.
	Member Hunt Fees:		Payment should include the date of arrival and the date of departure. Guest's hunting cost includes all days reserved by Life Mentor whether a guest hunts a short period of time or the entire booked time.
	$75 / day or night		Adult Hunter or guests. Deduct $25/day if a completed Membership Application has been included with payment. Deduct $25/day if payment envelope is postmarked by the U.S. Post Office one week before first date of the reserved hunting date. Postmark date will be indicated on the website calendar.
	$5 / day or night		Full-time Student Guests at the lodge. $5 Membership fee if for hunting only.
	$10 / day or night		A LYSA Life Mentor as a guest.
			Photos of the group and photos of each individual is required for any hunt.   Even if a LYS Life Mentor does not organize a particular hunt, a LYS Life Mentor must still be in attendance.
	Life Mentor Hunt Fees:
	$0 / day or night		LYSA Life Mentor fee during their "draw week".
	$10 / day or night		LYSA Life Mentor as Guest, but not during their draw week.
	$75 / day or night		Adult Guests of a LYSA Life Mentor during their draw week. Adult Hunter or guests. Deduct $25/day if Membership Application has been submitted. Deduct $25/day if paying hunting fees before you arrive at the lodge.
	$5 / day or night		Full-time Student Guests.
			Payments not received by LYSA before or during the hunt are assessed at an interest rate of 1.5% per month, minimum of $5 per month.

Non-Hunting Season

	Clean-up Projects:		Work details will be scheduled by the Board of Directors. All members will be invited and welcomed.
	day or night fee:		Lodge fees waived during LYSA scheduled clean-up projects. Volunteers must be members of LYS.
	Member Use:
	$0 / night		LYSA Life Mentor (in good standing and membership dues current.)
	$5 / night		Full-time Student, (plus membership dues.) My have a LYS Life Mentor in your party.
	$20 / night		Adults guests, (plus membership dues.) My have a LYS Life Mentor in your party.
			Payments not received by LYSA before or during the hunt are assessed at an interest rate of 1.5% per month, minimum of $5 per month.
